Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Richie Alpha, we are committed to providing you with premium trading education, live sessions, and powerful TradingView tools. Please read our policy carefully to understand how our digital products are delivered, and the conditions for cancellations or refunds.
 

1. Cancellations

• As all products are digital in nature, cancellations are not available once the payment has been processed and access has been provided.

• For live webinars/workshops, cancellation requests can only be made before access details are shared.
   

2. Refunds

Refunds are offered under limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment. within 5 business days.

• Non-Delivery of Access: If you do not receive your access details within 5 business days of purchase, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Technical Ineligibility: For TradingView indicators, if your account cannot be verified or supported by our system, you may receive a refund.
   

⚠️ Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Failure to attend a live webinar/workshop once access details have been shared.

• Incorrect email ID or TradingView username provided at checkout.

• Partial usage of services (e.g., early termination of indicator subscription).
