1. Digital Courses & Study Materials

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with access instructions for your course.

  • Instant Access: Some courses with pre-recorded content and materials will be delivered immediately.

  • Verification Required: For certain advanced or bundled courses, our team may verify your details before granting access. In such cases, you will receive your study materials within 2–3 business days.
     

2. Live Webinars & Workshops

  • If you purchase a live session, you will be provided with a registration link and joining details via email.

  • These details are typically shared instantly after verification or at least 24 hours prior to the event.
     

3. Trading Software & Indicators

  • For TradingView indicators, we will verify your TradingView username and ensure you are a legitimate user.

  • Once verified, your TradingView account will be added to the access list for the specific indicator plan you purchased.

  • Access duration will depend on the plan you selected (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly).

  • Verification and activation are usually completed within 2–3 business days but may be instant in some cases.
     

4. General Notes

  • All our products are digital in nature, meaning there is no physical shipping involved.

  • Please ensure that your email address and TradingView username are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
